I woke up this morning and found that my furnace wasn't igniting, but couldn't troubleshoot it myself. I called at 8 in a little bit of a panic (44 degrees in-house will do that to you), and he was literally here 15-20 minutes later. It was quick fix, and he made sure the furnace was back on and working before we finished the transaction and he headed out. Total time, maybe 30 minutes? The service fee is absolutely worth having an expert come out to troubleshoot and fix it. Lou was incredibly responsive and available at all hours. I had to call him at 9pm on a Thursday when my furnace was failing, and he came out that same night to assess the issue. Unfortunately, we did have to replace the furnace, but Lou and his coworker returned the very next evening and worked from 5pm until almost midnight to get everything taken care of. They are extremely hardworking, respectful, and excellent communicators. Most importantly, I truly felt they were honest and not out to upsell or take advantage.
