I called at 8 in a little bit of a panic (44 degrees in-house will do that to you), and he was literally here 15-20 minutes later. It was quick fix, and he made sure the furnace was back on and working before we finished the transaction and he headed out. Total time, maybe 30 minutes? The service fee is absolutely worth having an expert come out to troubleshoot and fix it.
