Stellar experience with Lou and this company! After the air conditioning stopped working in hot, humid summer weather, Lou responded quickly and was able to diagnose and fix the root cause, which turned out to be the furnace. He showed me the specific issues on the furnace, took pictures to document the repair, and explained in detail what needed to be done to fix it. Evolution did a fabulous job.  I received quotes from 5 companies. Evolution's pice was not the highest or lowest. What set the apart was Lou was the only one of the 5 who detected a gas leak around the furnace. He explained his process of fabricating on premises with a high grade of metal. He not only installed the new A/C, he stabilized the furnace which was not sitting straight on foundation bricks and moved it out to give plenty of room around the A/C and Aprilaire filter. We opted for an air cleaner as well. He repaired the gas pipe, labeled the electrical panel and caulked the exterior holes running outside.

I had Lou come out for the $49 a/c tune up and I absolutely could not believe the attention to detail that he paid to the whole unit both inside and out.  We had another local company come out last year and charge an arm and a leg and they were out in 20 minutes.  Lou was here 2 hours making sure everything was taken care of. Lou took care of an issue with my air conditioner. He was very knowledgeable and explained to me what he was doing to check on my air conditioner and did more than I asked all at a great price.
