Evolution has saved the day!
Not once, but twice. First time was when my furnace took a turn for the worst and now he was there to help me move the placement of my gas line in my kitchen to allow for a more open layout with the anticipation of an upcoming renovation. I couldn’t be more ecstatic to have reliable, affordable and prompt help. Best choice going with Evolution Heating & Air Conditioning.

Genuine, Compassionate, Honest, Punctual, Explained everything thoroughly without making me feel foolish, Answered an excessive number of my silly questions, listened to my blib blab without Judgment & dealt with my last minute time changes with grace.
The world needs more of him.

Last-minute call on a Sunday during football season 🏈—very reasonably priced, and Lou got the job done! Thanks again, Lou!

Lou is always responsive, prompt, and reliable. He provides good detailed explanations of his assessments/findings- he also did me a huge favor checking my furnace after the Tonawanda flood even when I was out of the country! Highly recommend!

Stellar experience with Lou and this company! After the air conditioning stopped working in hot, humid summer weather, Lou responded quickly and was able to diagnose and fix the root cause, which turned out to be the furnace. He showed me the specific issues on the furnace, took pictures to document the repair, and explained in detail what needed to be done to fix it. He was thorough, meticulous, very friendly, and had the work done in a matter of hours! I highly recommend Evolution heating and air conditioning!

Evolution did a fabulous job. I received quotes from 5 companies. Evolution's pice was not the highest or lowest. What set the apart was Lou was the only one of the 5 who detected a gas leak around the furnace. He explained his process of fabricating on premises with a high grade of metal. He not only installed the new A/C, he stabilized the furnace which was not sitting straight on foundation bricks and moved it out to give plenty of room around the A/C and Aprilaire filter. We opted for an air cleaner as well. He repaired the gas pipe, labeled the electrical panel and caulked the exterior holes running outside.

They showed up early and went right to work with no breaks just continuous work. The were very pleasant did a great job and picked up any mess that was made and cleaned up. The price was more than fair. Anyone who needs ac or furnace work is making a big mistake if they don’t use them
